The thing is with Yoga…

A by-product of my extensive yoga practice seems to be the shedding of clothes.

The more I yoga the less I feel I want to wear clothes.

It’s February in the UK and I am happiest going to the supermarket in leggings, a small top and a big baggy cardigan. I would be horrified at this revelation just a short year ago…

Start in side plank position with your right elbow below your shoulder, feet stacked. Keep your core braced as you lift your left (top) leg as high as you can while maintaining proper form. Flex your foot and point your toes slightly down. Press your hips up and keep your glutes engaged the entire time. Hold for 30 seconds each side.

Sometimes I feel disheartened that I am not seeing any changes and feel like giving up, which I think is pretty normal. However, I found this picture and I think it is such a good example of motivation to keep going! Plus her abs are hot stuff!
